It is regulated as a food supplement, which means no medicinal or disease-treatment claims can legally be made about it, regardless of what an individual seller's marketing copy says. Our Pure jar contains only shilajit resin with nothing added, so it contains no animal-derived ingredients. Is shilajit halal
Shilajit resin itself contains no alcohol or animal-derived ingredients. We do not currently hold formal halal certification, so if that specific certification matters to you, we would rather say so plainly than imply a certification we do not have.
