What is shilajit
A mineral-rich resin
Shilajit is a naturally occurring, mineral-rich resin traditionally associated with mountain regions including the Himalayas. It contains humic substances such as fulvic acid, along with trace minerals.
It has been used for a long time in traditional practice. That history is worth telling, but it is not the same as scientific proof, so we keep the two clearly apart and have our resin independently tested.

How to use
Simple to take
Take a rice-grain-sized portion, about 500 mg.
Take it directly or stir it into coffee, tea or warm water until it dissolves.
Follow the recommended serving on the product label. Do not exceed it.
