Orders and contracts

By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or any other reason.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept payment via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal. Subscription orders are billed automatically every 4 weeks.

Right of withdrawal

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under EU consumer law, in addition to our 30 day money back guarantee. See our Shipping and returns page for details.

Product use

Sleep Support Gummies are a food supplement, not a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not suitable for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. If you are on medication, consult a doctor before use.

Subscriptions

By starting a subscription you agree to recurring billing every 4 weeks until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription from your account at any time before the next renewal date. No long term commitment.

Intellectual property

All content on goodsleepy.eu, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Good Sleepy B.V. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law mandates otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to all orders placed after the last updated date.
