What data we collect
- Contact details · name, email, phone, shipping and billing address when you place an order or sign up for our newsletter.
- Order data · products purchased, order amount, payment method (we do not store full card numbers).
- Account data · if you create an account, your password is stored in encrypted form.
- Technical data · IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages visited.
Why we use your data
- To process and ship your order
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates
- To send marketing emails if you have opted in
- To improve our website and customer service
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting)
Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary data with:
- Shopify (our e-commerce platform)
- PostNL (shipping carrier)
- Payment providers (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal as applicable)
- Email service provider (for newsletter and transactional emails)
- Accounting and tax authorities as legally required
We never sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep your data
Order data is kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights
