What data we collect

  • Contact details · name, email, phone, shipping and billing address when you place an order or sign up for our newsletter.
  • Order data · products purchased, order amount, payment method (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Account data · if you create an account, your password is stored in encrypted form.
  • Technical data · IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages visited.

Why we use your data

  • To process and ship your order
  • To send order confirmations and shipping updates
  • To send marketing emails if you have opted in
  • To improve our website and customer service
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting)

Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with:

  • Shopify (our e-commerce platform)
  • PostNL (shipping carrier)
  • Payment providers (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal as applicable)
  • Email service provider (for newsletter and transactional emails)
  • Accounting and tax authorities as legally required

We never sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep your data

Order data is kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights
